  • Insight Timer is a (free!) app with hundreds of guided or timer-led meditations,  lectures, stories, sleep soundscapes, and more.

  • Finch is an app that “gamifies” your self-care goals while you take care of an adorable bird!

  • The Sleep Foundation has great tips for improving sleep. When we improve our sleep, we improve our well-being!

  • If you’re interested in incorporating mindfulness into your life, Mindful has helpful tips. These tips + Insight Timer can be wonderfully beneficial.
