INSIDE CONSCIOUS ROOTS COUNSELING (THE SHORT VERSION):

There’s no one-size-fits-all way to do therapy, so our therapists are intentionally skilled in working with specific approaches and age groups.

We’re experienced in therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, and our clinical expertise includes talk therapy, play therapy, parenting support, Type 1 Diabetes support, Brainspotting, and EMDR.

We see clients in-person at our office at 4424 Carver Woods Suite 100, Cincinnati, OH, 45242, and virtual appointments in Ohio are also available.

Meet your therapists

It takes courage to turn around and face life’s tougher chapters—but once you can identify the root cause of your thoughts and feelings, you can change how you move forward.

That’s what we’re here to help you do at Conscious Roots, with compassion, respect, and lots of support. Whether you’re processing past trauma, looking for expert help to support your child’s mental health, or need to get out of your own head and explore your feelings, therapy can be a powerful source of relief.

Ultimately, we hope to work ourselves out of a job—not because we don’t love what we do, but because we want to help you move forward feeling more free, resilient, and confident in managing your own mental health.

When you’ve processed your past experiences and learned new support strategies, you can ride life’s waves of discomfort without getting pulled under.

And after you’ve unearthed the roots of the weeds that have been weighing you down, you have so much more room in your life to grow flowers.
